Top quality. These are almost identical, and takes all the same jets, needles, floats etc to the Dellorto PHBH 28BS. We are really impressed with these and have been using these, along with the 30mm version on a lot of our engine rebuilds due to the dell'orto equivalents simply just not being available. 
 
Please note: These only come with standard jetting, a flip up choke and 200 float valve, to have these changed is extra.
