This smooth clip ring fits under jubilee type clips to help spread the load on inlet rubbers - to help preventing the rubber from splitting.
Fits jubilee type clips for 22-39mm carbs.
These are mainly made for the common 26-30mm PHBH and Amal/Mikuni 30-35mm rubbers.

PLEASE NOTE:
  If you are using smaller rubbers then the smooth ring could be best trimmed shorter to suit.

  If using larger rubbers then the Smooth ring may not be a full circle, just make sure the gap is opposite the rough part of the clip.
