Top quality kick start shaft, made in Italy by CASA Lambretta.  This is for the Li type chaincase side.
 
The 2nd picture shows the difference between the Li (bottom) and GP (top) kick start shafts, the Li protrudes through the casing more by approx 2mm (still needs adding, sorry)
