Top quality, made by CASA Lambretta in italy.  Fits the CEV type late series 2 and series 3 Li, SX, TV, Special Lambretta rear light units.  Holes are central to the sides of the lens.
 
We were fed up trying to fit the poorly made Vietnamese ones, where the holes are in the wrong place.  these lenses have the correct spacings for the holes and fit perfectly!
