Top quality, made by BGM. These sit in the selector fork and are held in by circlips (not supplied), which in turn sit in the sliding dog on the layshaft, once the gear cables are pulled, these push and pull the sliding dog into the correct position to select gear. 
They may be one of the smallest parts inside an engine but are often over looked, they're so important to how a gear box selects and stays in gear pawls wear and they do need changing.
 
Circlips are required, does not come with circlips.
