This is used with the pick-up wiring to get an accurate speedo reading. These just stick to your wheel rim, it is preferred you use a dab of loctite or similar to secure permanently. Suitable for any Lambretta or Vespa with an external pick up fitted to their SIP or KOSO speedometer
